Keystone Harbor Club Condominiums has an onsite laundry facility for use by our residents located on the ground level. New residents who require access should contact the office manager to receive a laundry card.
- Resident Use ONLY: This facility is for tenants/residents of the Keystone Harbor Club Condominium property ONLY and may not be used non-residents without express written permission of the board of directors. Unauthorized use will be considered trespassing and reported to the authorities.
- No Commercial Use: Use of the Keystone Harbor Club Condominium laundry for commercial laundry services is prohibited as it overuses and damages residential machines.
- Amenity Rules: Keystone Harbor Club Condominium has posted basic rules for use of the laundry equipment in the laundry room area. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in YOU being held responsible for the cost of repairs to the machines or loss of access to the laundry facilities.
