Pest Control

Monthly pest control services are available on Wednesdays between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM at no additional charge.

To receive service, you must notify the office at least 7 days in advance of the next service date to be added to the schedule. Please note the following biweekly rotation for treatments:

  – Floors 11 through 6 are treated during the first scheduled session.

  – Floors 5 through 1 and Annex units are treated during the subsequent session.

If you are not home during these hours, please ensure the office has a copy of your key so technicians can access your unit to complete the service.

Please be aware that if a pest problem occurs and you have not maintained a regular treatment schedule, an additional charge from Terminix will be required to address any infestation issues identified by the technician before free monthly services can begin or resume.
